Jenny is a miniature donkey that came to us in Septemeber of 2017 from a neglectful situation in the Black Creek area.  She was left in a field with her hooves so overgrown that they curled up, her halter, which was always left on had grown into her face and she was infested with a heavy parasite burden.  Jenny was also quite thin and had suffered a terrible eye injury which left her partially blind in her right eye as a result of having to constantly fight for food with a number of aggressive rams.  She was surrendered to us by a concerned family memeber at 12 years of age.
